I downloaded the mod and added it to the mods folder. I get the farmland screen when the game is loading but then I can’t add the mod from the main menu, can someone help me with what it’s wrong

How do you uninstall the mod? it makes my game too slow for it to be usable, but It seems like I can’t get rid of the mod... 😬 I have removed everything related to brookheight in my mods & program folder(and some other I can’t remember) + deleted the safe file in my game, what else should I do? My game still runs as if I have the mod. I started out installing it manually but went through with the automatic since it didn’t work.

i just downloaded and once the game has loaded it just kicks me off when i click on the world?? help

i removed all my mods and it still wouldnt show up. after that i delted it and repaired my game and reinstalled and it still didnt work. i installed it just like the guide told me to and double checked i was installing it right. please help!! i have so many ideas for this mod and really want to use it

Hi Arnie, I have a great time with World edit so far. Just 1 problem, i set up stall vendors (food stalls or cafe) but there is no NPC to work for those vendors. And I cannot interact them to hire a vendor also. What should i do?

Hi Arnie, is it possible to have a tool like pool creation tool from pro build mod here in world edit mod to modify terrain. It'd be a nice addition to game if people could reshape the terrain, add small mounds, and holes etc. or maybe even hills. Is there a plan to implement that?

When I click on a space and click world edit, I only get "import world" "world decor" and "interactive venue". on top of that via "interactive venue" the only option is a campsite. Im sure I did something stupid and wrong when installing on my Mac...but can you help??

Help. I am able to open the New Crest with the split screen and I can click on and edit lots in the new side of the edit world, but once in when I "Shift Click " the World Edit selections do not come up. Is there something I should check or change again

Thank you for the mod!! I'm having a weird issue...everything seems to be working but when I get my sim (Arnie or one of mine) to Brookheights, the sim is invisible. I can see everything in brookheights and click on things but no response from my invisible sim. Any idea why this is happening?

I love the mod!! Is there any way to delete an entire interactive venue when it's placed? I put a park in the wrong spot and the only way I can see to delete it is to delete each object one by one. Thanks!

I have been paying since you started creating the world. I have downloaded everything from day 1 and since the patch has been released to the public my files has not been able to open at all. The game does not open at all. I downloaded the most recent version and I am still unable to open my files anymore. With a month of not being able to play I am going to cancel my subscription

Is there a way to add more than just the five lots already installed?

No you don't need Brookheights for this :) World Edit and Brookheights are 2 different mods

Hey there! Can you tell me which version of the game you are running? It might conflict with the latest updates or legacy

Unfortunately there is no way to add traditional lots in the game :( I tried many times, the closest thing I created are the open lots/interactive venues like the park and others :)

Hey there! That's a good question! The food stalls don't open themselves off lot, only the hidden food stalls objects work off lot, they will be coming join the next update! enjoy the mod :)))

Have you figured out which mod it is yet? I can edit world but I can't zoom out and there's also existing non-clickable buildings and features all around the "empty" newcrest area. I tried removing the world edit mod, repairing, and then putting it back but it's still messed up.

Do I need the brookheight mod in order to import it into the newcrest world using the world edit tool?

When I load the modded Newcrest neighborhood some of the lots I've built/placed are not visible, but when I go into the map view it is still there. If I load into the lot I couldn't see in Live Mode other lots become invisible. This is only happening with the 5 lots that are in the blank area.

I’m not storing game data in C: but F:drive due to low capacity. Is it the cause?

anyone help!! I installed all as instruction, I saw the divided New Crest already, but once I click to the lot, it is the same new crest, no edit world there. I already placed World file in data/shared/areas folder. What is the problem here?

Me too. I've already deleted all of other mods and still nothing. TwT EDIT: I've got it! You need to have testingcheats on. :D

Try to delete the mods, repair the game and download the mod again. Like this it worked to me.

Hey there! This problem is because of the world file. It seems like the world file has not been installed properly in the /Data folder. Make sure that your game is up to date as well before replacing the world file in the appropriate directory. Have fun :)

Hey there! The .DS_Store file is not needed. Make sure your game has been updated to the latest patch and that you activated the Mods in your game options :)

You can copy/paste the "WORLD EDIT FULLBUILD" folder in your Mods folder instead of dragging. Let me know if this works :)

You can get it back just by right+click on the game in origin and choose "repair game" it will only download the required file :)

had to erase all my other mods off and now its working fine . tried to put my mods back after i started building the world and now i cant edit the world .so i took them back off and im gonna finish editing .then try again. i want to play with my other mods too so i will wait and see what happends,,its a very good mod it just does not work with any other mod i got

Same thing happens in my game. I started pressing all the options just to see what they do. Since you cant CTRL + Z to delete, you have to click on each item you want to delete after you place them in the world. That was irritating to delete everything, so I learned quickly which buttons do what things. Trial and error?

I still cant figure out how to use the road tools lol But I love how big the plot is. And I have so much open space to play now. I made my first city and am now trying to figure out how to make a magic world :)

I had the same problem at first. You have to make sure you put the BG Engagement files in the right folder. I even had to remove the old BG Engagement files (there are 3) and after that I had an empty world

Someone else the problem that there is no possibility to edit the world? I press shift and click, but there is no option. I think I downloaded everything correctly. If I compare the files you can see at the guide and the files which I have, the .DS_Store file is missing in the World Edit full bild file. Arnie, could you tell us maybe if this is the cause for the problem?

Me too, I got the same problem. I have even 5 different Area folders, so I don't know in which one to put the file

Hello, managed to install correctly however when i press and hold the shift key and click, I have the option of world edit, but only the logos are there and not the actual words iykwim, so i havnt a clue what im pressing lol

Help! I accidentally deleted Newcrest! I followed the instructions, then it asked me if I wanted to replace some random file, and I said yes. Unfortunately, this means that the original Newcrest has now been deleted off of my computer! I really need it back because I have a Build Newcrest series going on my YouTube channel! Help!!! Edit: Never mind; I fixed it by repairing the game.

Hey hey, everything is downloaded and installed but i don´t get the correct menu/ options. I only can chose two times "Create World Objects", the "Campsite" and "Import Brookheights". What did I wrong?

Does this mod interact badly with certain mods? I downloaded correctly and loaded the new Newcrest but once loaded it was just the one lot and everything around lots as normal. I'm not sure what I did wrong. Do I need to delete all existed mods in my game for it to work right?

The world already has trees, buildings, roads, etc. And it is only giving me the option to build on 4 or 5 lots. That's weird. I thought it was completely blank. I can not click on any trees or buildings to edit them either.

Everything downloaded and the menu options work great. However, the world is not empty. When I moved a sim into the lot, there were neighborhoods and trees. When I added ocean, the trees were coming out of the water. Not sure what went wrong. I redownloaded once, and same thing.
