I hope you are well, and enjoyed the Snowy Escape trailer from The Sims today!
As you can see on the pictures, I have created a fully functional Snowmobile Vehicle inspired by the theme of the next Expansion Pack. Would you like to ride it during winter on the Brookheights Mountains? I guess we'll find out with the community survey
I have some things to announce too!! I am so happy to share with you today a new community survey and some mods updates info! Also, an awesome surprise came in today, there was an article published in the amazing GAMESRADAR magazine about Brookheights. That brought me so much joy I still can't believe it. You can read the article here.
Brookheights BETA and Final Version
First, I would like to thank you all for the feedback on Brookheights BETA, it helps me so much to see what needs to be improved and each BETA gives a better and better experience until it's all perfectly functional. The BETA 0.4 is on the way and coming at the end of this week to fix some glitches but most importantly add more World Edit interactions with exciting new features!
Also, BETA 0.4 will be the last BETA where you have to load my custom save file. In the ultimate BETA 0.5, the Import Brookheights feature will let you import Brookheights to any save file! AND, the new Auto-Install (and auto-update) tool will be available so it will be as easy as one click to install or uninstall Brookheights!
If everything goes well, the Final Version should be available in 2/3 weeks with all the features, a second part to the story mode, and some language translations included.
This means that I will start to work on Expansion Mods and You will be the ones to decide... see the survey down below ;)
Pro Build Mod 3
If you like Pro Build Mod, prepare yourself for some new exciting features. Custom ceilings, animated water, and more surprises ;) A tutorial video should be available soon on my YouTube channel to learn all about Pro Build Mod, I still need to finish the editing (but I'm working on so many things right now that it could take a few more days again, thanks for your patience)
Community Survey
Vote Now for the first Brookheights EXPANSION UPDATE, the next MOD PACKS ideas, and answer some questions in this new community survey. The theme that will be the most popular will be chosen and developed into a full Expansion Update! YOU get to choose ;)
(NB: A suggested idea for future Mods displayed in this survey does NOT mean it will be developed for sure, I just want to know what you guys would like to see in the game on some ideas I had)
