To install download the MGSV mod manager:
http://www.nexusmods.com/metalgearsolidvtpp/mods/106/?
1. Unzip the mod manager and go through the setup.
2. Click on mods and browse for the mgsv file you unzipped from the naked sniper download file.
3. Now the mod should be installed.
Works while she is a buddy, at motherbase and during (some) cutscenes.
