Character Design Dev Work for A Thing

I'm being vague cuz it's not going into production until next year, and its not my sole project so I don't know what I'm allowed to say about it while we do dev work. But I am ok to share a few doodles if I am Mysterious.
Anyway, this is me brainstorming a character. Who likes drugs. And their appearance changes depending on What Kind of High they're riding.

a little! its more based on the misconception that the cat paintings represented his mental state (that's been debunked), and the fact that people memed the paintings for years as being painted by someone who took LSD. So yes sorta hhhaha.
