1. Download zip files bellow.
2. Extract files.
3. Put mods folder you download in your game mods folder. You can find on Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods
4. Put tray tray files you download in your game tray folder. You can find on Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray
5. It should appear in your game gallery.
