Declined Pledges for november

Instead of sending private messages to people with declined status. i thought it could be better to just make a post for them to check up their pledge status and retry before i send the rewards on december 10.
- Fraud pledges have been blocked-
-Also, BlackCat, ¨Psylocke and Samus are being worked at the moment to reach the reward batch so i will post updates on those very soon.
