New Single 'Come Again' Streaming Everywhere

The truth is, we had planned to release another song and video this month, but flu had stricken some of the cast and crew the day before shooting. So that video has been postponed until next month.
‘Come Again’ is one of my favorite tracks on the new album. It was the first song that came to fruition during my hiatus in November ‘23. It was also the trickiest one to nail down during the mix stage. I believe there were around 10 different versions we tried out. Adam’s first pass had a much stronger stadium rock element. Other mixes leaned into more of a lo-fi aesthetic. There was a lot of switching out drums sounds, bass performances, horn parts, turning up synths, bringing down guitars, tweaking EQ, etc, etc, etc. I was very worried that I was going to break Adam’s brain with this one. Thankfully, Adam, ever the consummate professional, was open to trying new approaches and fully committed to getting it just right.
The finished product ended up being a Frankenstein amalgamation of previous versions, while leaning into the subdued nature of my original demo that ultimately felt more personal to me.
Amanda created the stunning single art and animation loop for this one. She’s created so many amazing pieces for this album, but I believe this one is my favorite!
