Where to begin?!

We're shooting a music video in the backwoods of Conyers, GA this weekend! Justin Cipriani will shoot and Elias Gertler is flying in to direct. My wife Clair and our beloved Eric have both been hard at work for weeks bringing some incredible costumes to life. I won't say too much about them other than they are going to be HOT in the 90°+ heat. I will, of course, have much more to say once I have something ready to share with you all. Just pray we survive the heat and rain as it will be shot entirely outdoors!

Cuatro De Lutsko is shaping up to be one for the books. None of the events have sold out yet but they are undoubtedly going to be PACKED. I'll be honest, there was a part of me that was worried Saturday Nick Lutsko Live might be lucky to sell 30 tickets. Lo and behold, it's the top seller of the weekend! The pressure is on to do something really special. I'm simultaneously so excited and overwhelmingly aware of the mountain that we're about to climb.

This album is really beginning to cook. Jon has tracked horns on all but one or two songs and Adam is about halfway through mixing. I'll go ahead and spill some beans and announce that we're calling this album ENDS. I'm not ready to share just yet, but Amanda Stamatelaky (@primordialcreatures) has created some incredibly beautiful artwork that really captures the themes and tone of the album. She also deserves credit for naming the dang thing, as I was going in an entirely different direction when she pitched ENDS.

I'm thinking about doing watch alongs for Songs on the Computer and SNL: 1-3 ahead of Cuatro De Lutsko. I should have more info next week!
