【お知らせ】AI対策とアーカイブについて

イラストのAIが流行っているので、6ヶ月前のアーカイブを順次別プランにしようか検討しています。

例：6ヶ月～12ヶ月→1,000円、2,000円プラン

　　12ヶ月～24ヶ月→5,000円、10,000円プラン

　　24ヶ月以降→50,000円プラン

また、Pixiv等で公開する分は、今後透かし等の対応をしようと思っています。

私が描いたイラストをAIで学習させることは原則認めていないので、

AI利用目的で最安値プランを選んで、フルサイズイラストを保存されるのをなるべく避けたいという目的です。

（数ヶ月に1度だけプランに加入して、イラストを鑑賞したいという方を排除したいという目的ではないので、対策方法に悩んでいます）

二次創作イラストに関しては、権利元の方々がAI利用を推奨する場合、その意志を尊重したいと思っています。

PSDファイルに関しても同様で、PSDファイル内のデータを鑑賞する目的で配布しています。

個人の利用の範囲内でも、AI学習目的で使用するのは認めていません。

Since AI for illustrations is in vogue, we are considering to make a separate plan for archives before 6 months sequentially.

Example: 6-12 months -> 1,000 yen, 2,000 yen plans

I am also planning to watermark my illustrations for publication on Pixiv and other sites in the future.

In principle, I do not allow AI to learn my illustrations.

I am not allowed to use AI to learn my illustrations, so I chose the cheapest plan for the purpose of using AI, and my aim is to avoid having full-size illustrations saved as much as possible.

(I am struggling with how to counter this, since my objective is not to eliminate those who subscribe to a plan only once every few months and want to appreciate the illustrations.)

With regard to derivative illustrations, if the rights holders recommend the use of AI, we would like to respect their wishes.

The same applies to PSD files, which are distributed for the purpose of viewing the data in the PSD file.

Even within the scope of personal use, we do not permit the use of the data for AI learning purposes.
