She is Frost Deathknight and is going to be some sort of Rival of the main character.
Like every Frost deathknight. She has the ability to freeze her enemies (even during the love act if the her partner is too weak-inner flame/soul-) as well as control winter power.
She steals the souls of her enemies like frostmourne but with a very week and not permanent effect to amplify her powers.
She is also one of the disciples of the Lich King Himself (Arthas, not Bolvar).
