VIDEO NOT FOUND ERROR
Added 2021-03-31 12:59:07 +0000 UTCIf you're getting this error, you may have to update your app or browser. A lot of creators are having this same issue. The temporary fix seems to be to watch it from a updated browser or on a computer until Patreon and Vimeo fix the issue.
We even had Julie pledge to try on her stuff and it works. But, she is updated across all devices. You may want to look into that if you're not updated.
If you are updated people are having more success on browsers on phones and computers. Just keep trying and it may fix itself. It is annoying as hell but, this is the only information I have at the moment. We've submitted tickets as well as other creators. It works for the majority of people. But, it isn't working for you. Try to update your device, use a computer or start your device. The majority of people who have these issues seem to be android users. I've tested it on all my devices iPhone, Android, windows, chrome and safari. It has worked 100 percent except android. If you're on android, go to Patreon.com on chrome log in and it should work from there.
