During the fall equinox, there are often two polar energies at play: the energy of gratitude/abundance/prosperity and grief/releasing/letting go. Practice a gentle yoga flow to explore these polarities and feel the liminal space in between. The flow includes dynamic low lunge, child’s pose, kneeling qigong, chair, dynamic warrior I, downward dog, kneeling plank and chaturanga, cobra, and seated hip and hamstring openers with a twist.
