• Surrender old beliefs and blocks to the fire.

Week 4: Water

• Cleanse the arcline to release the past.
• Reflect on the importance of self-care and unstructured time.
• Learn daily kriyas for health, vitality, and beauty.
• Set your intentions for the winter months.

New Moon Cosmic Yin

These cosmic astro-themed yin classes work with the energy and theme of the new moon and its corresponding planet and zodiac sign. We will practice deep and prolonged stretching, breath, meditation, restorative yoga, and subtle energy techniques to align with the energy of the season and the current lunar cycle. Mandi will also provide a brief astro-forecast and offer planetary teachings.
