A healing yin/restorative practice for all of the empaths, intuitives, and givers out there who could use an energy recharge. We practice some restorative-style postures with arm movements to strengthen the electromagnetic field — including reclined butterfly, supported side bends, supported sphinx, nourishing twists, and supported bridge. The theme of Service from Chapter 13 of Living Your Yoga is weaved throughout, so that you can remember to serve yourself without feeling guilty.
