Sacred balance

In Chapter 15 of Living Your Yoga, Judith Lasater writes, “Contentment asks for only one thing: that you truly live in the experience of the moment. With contentment comes a lessening of fear. And with this comes the ability to share the most important thing that you have been given: your love, your wholeness.”  

In this practice, we explore the sacred balance of giving and receiving to find wholeness and contentment within. Begin with alternate nostril breathing, then move through a sequence of seated side bends, spinal waves, dragon, child’s pose, butterfly, and supported relaxation. Breathe extra deep to unlock your dormant energy and feel a deep meditative awareness.
