Exploring the theme of impermanence, practice a twisty and spine-releasing sequence to release expectations and find peace in times of change. A reading of the Five Remembrances by Thich Nhat Hanh leads us into a brief centering with alternate nostril breathing to balance. The sequence includes dynamic and static twists in moving eagle arms for the upper spine, seated twists for the mid spine, and reclined twisted roots for the lower spine. After each twist sequence, find a blissful moment of being in supported heart opener. We end the practice with movements to facilitate an energetic cleansing before a peaceful shavasana.
