Ground the body, ground your thoughts

Navigate restless thoughts and emotions with this feel-good grounding practice that opens the entire body. Begin with some heart-activating meditations to release tension, and then stretch spine, wrists, and feet. You’ll continue with a melting heart pose to expand the breath, and then enjoy the rest of the practice on your back with supported butterfly, hamstring stretches with a strap, and half moon. Reflections and mantras on the theme of “Suffering” from Living Your Yoga are weaved throughout.
