There is always enough time

Today we navigate the energy of patience via stillness and presence. Yin is a patient practice, but even though it may feel like time has paused, there is still energetic movement. Begin with a reading from Living Your Yoga and a breath practice for patience. Then enjoy some time on the back for half moon and happy baby, followed by a long hold in straddle and reclined butterfly. This is a sweet and familiar sequence that will help you retreat from the rush and have a moment of just pure being.
