Connect with the four directions and the four elements while cultivating a wish or intention. This practice begins seated with some moving breath, and then we move to stand with hip circles and arm movements facing the four directions. These arm movements for the elements integrate into a flow of downward dogs, cat cow, lizard lunge, optional vinyasas, tree, wide-legged forward fold, and warrior 2 variations. End with a relaxing sequence of figure four and cooling breathwork.
