Subtle body bliss

This practice helps you access a deeper connection to the subtle body through meditative movement and gentle energetic practices. Begin with a heart breathing meditation and a chanting of the mantra SAT NAM. Then practice some intuitive qigong to support healing and the circulation of life force energy. Then move through a breath-focused sequence of downward dog flows, sphinx, lots of circular movements, pyramid, warrior I, warrior of light (warrior II variation), and seated exercises. This is a great practice when the summer heat has you feeling tired and drained!
