Dragon heart

A slow, stretchy, yet powerful flow to invoke your inner strength, courage, and healing fire. Meditate with padme (lotus) mudra using the mantra OM MANI PADME HUM. Circular warm-ups for hips and spine lead us to downward dog, forward fold, and extended mountain. Then move through a slow flow of dragon, hamstring/hip/side stretching, meditative qigong-style movements to generate healing life force, and alternate nostril breathing on your back. End with a reading and meditation.
