We begin by reflecting on Judith Lasater’s recipe for faith: one part trust in yourself, one part trust in things working out, and intuitive awareness. Let that recipe be your guide in some self-guided warm-ups, cat/cow, half sun salutations, a heart-opening flow of low lunge, half splits, melting heart (puppy), crocodile, sphinx, kneeling sun breaths, and half forward folds. Then feel your feet and rediscover joy with breath of joy, pyramid/warrior 1 flows, chair, downward dog, dynamic forward folds, boat, butterfly, naval readjustment, and a short shavasana. The readings are from the Radiance Sutras, verses 50-53. There is a lot in this accessible practice to help you come back into your body and feel connected again.
