Healed, holy and whole

**I was doing some work in Vimeo and noticed that the audio was off in this class, so I re-uploaded it and fixed the problem. Notifying you because this is a good one to practice if you need some self-care and healing.**

This class works with just a few long-held postures to open and heal the heart. Reflecting on the theme of “Faith” in Living Your Yoga, practice with one part trust, one part experience of life working out, and one part intuitive connection. Postures include restorative side bends, reclined side bends, and supported fish pose. Meditations and gentle bilateral stimulation techniques for healing are weaved throughout. The first reading is from the Radiance Sutras (verses 50 and 51).  

Props: one bolster, two blocks, blanket  

Benefits: balance (physical, mental, emotional), healing, heart chakra, lungs, immune system, restoration, faith, falling in love with life

Living Your Yoga embodiment practice: Do you have a favorite nature spot in your garden or in the park near where you work? Visit it as often as you can. Notice how the plants, trees, and even the sky overhead change with the seasons. Depending on where you live, the changes may be subtle. Nevertheless, all is as it should be.
