Book club! Suggested timing and integration

If you're participating in our book club, I'm going to suggest beginning Chapter One of Living Your Yoga by Judith Lasater on the week of Sunday, May 22, and then Chapter Two the following week, and so on (each chapter is only a few pages, so this hopefully fits into most schedules). Starting on Sunday, I will read some passages from the book during class to help us integrate and begin each chapter's journey. The chapters also include practice suggestions and Mantras for Daily Living, so if you really want to deepen the experience, I would suggest choosing one resonating practice and one mantra per week. (So, for example, next week you would choose one practice and one mantra from Chapter One.) I will also choose a mantra and suggested practice from the book to correspond with my live classes and recordings.
In a month from today, I'll check in on a date to schedule our first meetup (both in-person and Zoom) to discuss and integrate Part One.
