The sequence includes warrior one and humble warrior variations, twisted lunge, lizard with a twist, reverse cat/cow, kneeling sun breaths, puppy pose, half locust, hamstring stretch in Vishnu’s couch, seated cat/cow, seated twists, seated forward fold, and standing forward fold.
