Restore, heal, and release tension with this yin practice to open the hips and pelvis and create space for nourishment. Begin on your back with a guided water relaxation, and then practice a sequence of twisted roots, supported bridge, thread the needle, butterfly, and some tapping/movement practices for healing. A brief seated sequence includes spinal movements, straddle side bends, and half butterfly pose. Close with a brief meditation with a water element mudra.
