Breath of wonder

Connect with your breath and the sacred rhythm of creation via movement in this vinyasa/yin combo practice. Gentle and meditative, this flow allows you to move in different ways and savor the benefits. Begin with a meditation on the senses, and then warm up in butterfly stretches, reclined hip and hamstring openers, side bends, and intuitive movement. Diaphragmatic breathing launches us into a flow of standing forward fold, side bends, warrior 2 flows, low lunge, reverse cat/cow breathing, sphinx, half frog twists, pigeon flows, and moving seated stretches. Close with breath awareness and feel free to take a shavasana at the end!
