Feeling like you just need to reset? This practice will clear and open up energy to help you refresh and feel amazing. Begin with a meditation and warm-ups in butterfly. Have a bolster or some pillows nearby as we practice a sequence of leg cradle, seated tree folds, supported heart opener, and spinal movements. Then awaken the body even more with pigeon and supported side bends. This might be your new spring favorite.
