Come back home to your body with familiar energetic practices and flow that will bring mind/body/heart/spirit back into union and remembering. Begin with half sun salutations and a warm-up flow with dynamic low lunge, cat/cow, sun breaths, and forward folds. Then flow into more poses like dynamic warrior 2, triangle, optional vinyasas, tree pose, and chair. Flow back down to the mat for alternate nostril breathing to close.
