This practice offers a deep spring cleaning for the hips and hamstrings, plus strength-building postures for balance and taking flight. Begin with a moving meditation and chanting of the bliss mantra: Om Shrim Anandaye Namaha. Then warm up in cat cow, start slow with seated hip and hamstring stretches, and then move into a kneeling flow with cat balance, kneeling sun breaths, puppy pose, dragon lunge, downward dog, and an optional vinyasa. The standing practice includes twisted forward fold, warrior 3, wide-legged forward fold, warrior 2 with arm movements, and more. End with a supported bridge, butterfly, and relaxing shavasana.
