Take it slow

There are days we move the energy, and there are days we spend time with it. This is a practice to spend time with your body and energy in a way that supports reconnection, strength, and grounding. Move slowly through postures such as downward dog, cat/cow, mountain, low lunge, child’s pose, and sphinx to activate your muscles and support the healing process. Other practices include a centering meditation to ground, spinal flexes in lion’s pose, walking meditation, and a guided relaxation for the earth star chakra.
