Flow with grace

Breathe deeply and immerse yourself in graceful, mindful movement. When you are able to embody the energies of peace and grace, you can be in the flow of life and shift the frequency of any space you’re in. Begin with flowy side bends, child’s pose, hip circles, cat curls, and a lunge sequence. Move into tree and warriors for strength and steadiness, then stretch deeply in seated tree and straddle folds. Close with a brief shavasana and a meditation to receive the gifts of grace.
