Join me and Grif for a healing restorative class that utilizes pranayam (breathwork) practices and restorative postures that activate both solar and lunar frequencies. You’ll find balance, peace, warmth, and the time and space to fill your cup. This practice includes gentle spinal movements, supported shavasana, dirgha pranayam (3-part breath), solar (surya) breath, lunar (chandra) breath, and supported twists. Gather extra blankets if you want to be warm and cozy.
