Hi everyone!
First (as those of you in our live class will remember), the winds on Sunday knocked out my power briefly and disrupted the recording of Sunday Yin. While we were able to finish our live class with some last-minute device change-ups and the power of cellular data, it was recorded via Zoom in multiple segments with big gaps, so I haven’t been able to piece it together for upload. So sorry about this! As an apology, I’m offering a link to one of the guided relaxations recorded for Tiers 2&3 called, Healing Meditation to Activate Your Cosmic Self.
I’ve received a few inquiries about membership gifts to my Patreon channel, and unfortunately, Patreon doesn’t allow this functionality (although they say it IS something they are working on). However, I did create a very affordable gift certificate called “Stretch and Restore in the New Year” for $20.22 that is eligible for 4 LIVE-only Sunday Stretch & Restore classes. When purchasing this gift certificate, you’ll receive a printout like the attached image that includes a code. This is a great way to invite your favorite people into Sunday sangha with you. :) The direct link to add it to your cart is https://app.acuityscheduling.com/catalog.php?owner=13887328&action=addCart&clear=1&id=1196231.
I’ve also had quite a few inquiries about registering for recurring classes. For some reason, when going through the direct link (such as through the class link on my website), it doesn’t make it possible to register for more than one class. However, if you go to the main scheduling link at https://mandigarrisonyoga.acuityscheduling.com, click on “Live Classes and Workshops”, and then select your class, it will give you the option under the time selection to click “Recurring” and add additional times. Screenshots attached for reference. And you only have to add your coupon code (PATREON5OFF) once!
If you’re loving the Patreon content and the online classes, the best gift of all is a testimonial. If you feel called to share your experience, send an email to yogawithmandi@outlook.com, and I can spread the word (without using your name).
I’m so grateful to have all of you here — and thank you so much for your energy, presence, and love of yoga. My online schedule around Christmas is staying the same, so I look forward to seeing you in sangha as we approach the holidays.
Love, Mandi
