I’ve been using this space between Samhain and the Solstice to listen to nature’s call to rest, which is why I’ve been a bit quieter. This is such a potent time to go within, incubate, discover, and heal — and I know many of you have been doing the same. It has been a beautiful healing experience to work with the vayus during this time and become attentive to these energetic currents within us. I hope you’ve been enjoying the classes! <3
This new year feels very exciting — a master number (22!), a new moon, and as always that Capricorn/Saturn energy to help us cultivate our dharma, devotion, and discipline.
I‘m announcing it here first that I’m offering two one-time classes during the new year weekend. On Saturday, Jan. 1 at 10 a.m. ET, I’ll be teaching a special 90-minute virtual class called: Awakening the Cosmos: A Self-Awakening Yoga Experience for the New Year. This class will likely include a short dharma talk, meditation, kundalini yoga, gentle flow, healing, relaxation, and wherever spirit decides to take me. My goal for this class is to activate intuition (Saturn rules the third eye), and the inner cosmos to cultivate an experience of the infinite. I’m limiting it to 22 attendees. On Sunday, Jan. 2, at 9:30 a.m. I’m teaching a special in-person yin class at Tower Hill. This class is limited to 15 attendees, and will most likely sell out within a short period of time. Please note: this means there will be no virtual Sunday Stretch on Jan. 2, but I thought it would be a nice offering to do something in-person just this one time. :)
