Reminder! Full moon walk tonight on the Sterling Rail Trail

Hi everyone! Just a reminder that tonight is the full moon and I’ll be bathing in moon light on the Sterling Rail Trail for those who would like to join. The registration/invitation says 5:45, but I recommend getting there as close to 5:30 as you can so we can start walking at 5:45. The sun sets very quickly these days. It will be dark for part of the walk since it’s in the woods, so please bring a flashlight or headlamp, some brighter clothing if possible, and supportive shoes. We should be able to catch the sunset and moonrise at the bridge, which will be magical. If you want to bring any crystals or anything to charge under the moonlight or wear a costume, that’s great too! The registration is at https://mandigarrisonyoga.as.me/harvestmoon.
