Attune to your body and energy through this stretchy hip and hamstring practice. You’ll be guided into subtle body awareness so you can â€collect the data†and become clear about your needs and wants. On a physical level, this practice is a great go-to for all kinds of hip and hamstring clearing. You’ll practice reclined twists, figure four, reclined tree, hand-to-big-toe posture, seated tree, seated twists, leg cradle, butterfly, cat/cow, and tension/relaxation.
Props: block, cushion, or firm pillow (I used my meditation cushion)
