A strong movement practice that targets the hips and liver meridians to work through emotional discomfort, detox stale energy, and unwind mental tension. By breathing deeply and feeling strong and stable, we can cultivate a new sense of balance and relief. You’ll practice reclined twists and hip openers, seated stretching and twists, tabletop half moon, and a series of lunges, warrior postures, forward folds, heart openers, and tree. End with a brief relaxation and breath meditation.
