Four-stroke breath for balance

This is one of my favorite breath practices that stimulates the pituitary gland (the master gland) and supports physical and mental balance. With regular practice, you can retake the driver’s seat of your internal command center and regulate your emotional experiences for  healing on all levels. I personally like to practice this technique before my evening meal when the overall energy begins to slow down, because then I can shift my own energy to greater stillness and release the activity and business of the day. In this session, we practice in segments of three minutes, but you can work up to seven or 11 minutes.
