Meditation Challenge Day 7: An Expansive View of Self

I can’t believe it’s day 7 already!
This meditation was purely channeled in the moment, and takes you on a journey to realize how incredible and expansive you are. Some of my greatest realizations in yoga happened when I was able to move beyond the day-to-day human “stuff” and really see myself through the eyes of the Universe. You have the ability to be able to perceive the entire universe, creation, and beyond! How remarkable is that?
Perhaps the entire journey of life is a process of remembering who you truly are, and I hope this meditation offers a glimpse of that. :)
