A slow-paced vinyasa practice that gives you space for inquiry and exploration. This practice explores the tantric roots of vinyasa, which is a breath/movement alignment with the sacred pulse of the universe. There are no downward dogs or chaturangas — so if your arms need a break, you’ve found the right place! Postures include seated breath and warmups, hamstring stretches and side bends, cat/cow on the fingertips, dragon lunge, high lunge, warrior 2, extended side angle, wide-legged forward fold, triangle, twisted lunge, and a sequence of deep hip openers and meridian activation for lower body clearing.
