Hi everyone! Just a reminder that we have Morning Meditation tomorrow at 8 a.m., which will be our Day 4 Meditation Challenge. If you are unable to attend live, I'll be posting the meditation here before noon (most likely around 10 a.m. or earlier).
The link to register for the free live meditation is https://mandigarrisonyoga.as.me/morningmeditation.

Also, below is the Virgo season forecast that's scheduled to go out in my newsletter tomorrow morning. (If you're not on my newsletter list, you can sign up at www.mandigarrison.com/subscribe.)
I love the mutable seasons. All of the mutable signs of the zodiac come to us when the seasons begin to transition: Sagittarius pushing us to live it up before winter, Pisces melting the ice before spring, Gemini with magic and ideas before summer's peak. And then we have this last season of summer, Virgo, offering us golden meadows and warm summer sun. Helping us create space as the sun begins to wane, as the days become shorter. Showing us where we have the potential to heal.
Virgo is the healer of the zodiac. It's about directing the energy where it matters. When the fall winds begin to arrive, it can feel like we're running out of time. The bright summer days of Leo brought us back to what we love and the joys of longer days and growing harvests. Now we have to tend to the harvest, gather our resources, and prioritize our energy.
That doesn't mean restricting or closing doors unnecessarily. Virgo is the sign of the hermit, after all, and it can be tempting to want to isolate and fill the hours with tasks instead of pleasure. But in reality, it's the pleasures of life that are the most healing. It's the things you love that create abundance.
If the mutable seasons teach us anything, it's to enjoy every precious moment, because change it always inevitable. Soon there will be another season, and we'll have to wait another year before summer. How can you use these remaining weeks of warmth and healing to focus on what truly matters?
