This class taps into your focus and strength to awaken your energy and feel amazing. Spend time in each posture to feel it in your body and notice the prana awakening within you. This is a Hatha-inspired class that includes seated warms-ups (forward fold, twists, boat variation, side plank variation, and seated tree). Then you’ll flow into a sequence that includes chair, warrior 2, lunge twist, camel prep, chair twist, and tree — finishing up with reclined twists and hip openers. I also provide extra cueing in each posture so you can feel the shifting energy.
