This practice targets meridians in the body that support clarity, confidence, and determination. This is a great practice when you feel uncertain, cloudy, or if you’re doubting yourself. On a physical level, you’ll get a deep outer hip stretch, some feel-good twists, and increased circulation in the lower body. Postures include happy baby, dragon lunge with a twist, half shoelace, and deep twisting.
