This is a solar-inspired practice that integrates a lot of restorative and moments of stillness to allow the body to integrate before transitioning to a new season — whether that be in nature or in life! Postures include neck stretching, melting heart pose, sphinx, half frog, solar breathing, and 10 full minutes of supported reclined butterfly.
