Practice with the breath as your anchor, allowing the postures to facilitate the movement of breath and love throughout the body. This class activates the major energy centers and meridians and includes supported fish, spinal flexes, butterfly, hamstring and hip stretches, half moon, and plenty of moments of pause and integration. This sequence also helps to release any emotional blocks that may be getting in the way of self-love.
