Go within, build strength and length in this movement practice with a little bit of everything! Warm up with cat cow, downward dog/plank flows, dynamic lunges, and vinyasa. Then practice an extended creative sequence with dragon variations, boat variations, twists, straddle, hamstring stretches, butterfly, three-legged dog, dynamic warrior II, wide-legged forward fold, high lunge twist, and standing hamstring openers. This practice will create healthy circulation and opening in the hips and legs to stand with confidence and feel amazing.
