Practice inviting softness and relaxation into postures to shift energy and create the conditions to receive prosperity and joy. Poses include half-frog, pigeon, seated twist, cow-face pose, butterfly, and supported bridge -- all utilizing diaphragmatic breathing to shift your nervous system and feel at ease with what IS.
