A strong yin practice that targets the liver and stretches the tight anterior muscles along the torso and legs. The practice will challenge you to clear anger, frustration, and impatience to align with your power and strength. Move through these areas of discomfort to feel amazing and abundant! Postures include sphinx and childβs pose with a blanket to massage tight muscles, hero pose, dragon, pigeon, and twisted roots. Optional chanting of the Ganesha mantra to remove obstacles.
