Patreon Sunday Tea Party!

These will take place on the third Sunday of every month at 11 a.m. (this gives you enough time after Sunday Stretch & Restore to brew a cup and settle in). These will be opportunities for us to gather together in sangha, chat about the energies of the month... talk book club, yoga, practice inquiries, and more -- and receive support from your community. <3
Registration is available at https://mandigarrisonyoga.as.me/teaparty (this is a private link). I will eventually post the Zoom information in here, but registration makes it easy to put it on your calendar and receive reminders. Our first tea party is on Sunday, May 16. I hope you see you there!
